Scope
This notice explains how Nexius Labs handles information submitted through this website, the AI Career fair funnel, and the AI Ignite Weekly Chatter email subscription.
Information we collect
Email address and consent timestamp are retained together with the privacy-notice version that you accepted. Where supplied, we may also retain a phone number. AI Career enquiries may include your current or target role, selected track, career concern, task, AI experience, training readiness, and preferred consultation windows. We retain limited campaign-attribution fields so we can understand how visitors found the relevant page.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your resource request or consultation application, assess capacity, verify your mailbox where applicable, manage preferences, honour unsubscribe requests, protect services from abuse, and measure campaign performance using privacy-safe events. Optional marketing and WhatsApp contact are recorded separately and are not required to submit an enquiry. Analytics does not receive your raw email address, phone number, name, free-text answers, message text, or private community data.
Storage and access
Subscription records remain behind the Nexius Labs subscription-service boundary. Access is limited to authorised operators and service providers that support the website and email workflow. We do not use browser storage as the system of record for your subscription.
Your choices
Manage preferences or unsubscribe using the controls shown after confirming your subscription or the management link included in a Weekly Chatter email. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us.
