Agent approval must be understandable, not merely manual

A sustained community discussion examined permission bypasses, prompt injection, and unsafe terminal copy-paste for non-technical users.

What communities are discussing

Participants noted that confirmation is not a meaningful control when the user cannot understand a command's scope, target, data exposure, or reversibility. External pages, documents, and tool output can manipulate an agent, while the agent can turn the user into the execution bridge. Least privilege, plain-language impact, and stronger gates are needed before consequential actions.
